Home Care Services
Personal Care for Adults & Children
JMA Home Care provides personal care services for adults and children who need assistance and support in the home. Care may include help with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meal-related needs, and other approved personal care tasks based on the client’s individualized plan of care.
Companion Care & Respite Care
Our companion and respite services provide additional support, supervision, and companionship for individuals in the home while also giving family caregivers needed relief. JMA Home Care also provides DDSN Personal Care and DDSN Respite services for eligible individuals.
Nurse Supervisory Visits
Nurse supervisory visits are provided as required to help oversee the delivery of authorized home care services. Our nursing staff may review the client’s care needs, evaluate service delivery, and provide appropriate supervision and follow-up.
